If you know the truth about something and you keep quiet and just allow the life that you know to go on and continue as normal does that make it "okay" ????
Well, lately I have had many a conversations with people that are just downright frustrated, stressed, and confused. Their head is telling them one thing and their heart is telling them something else what is the truth and and which one do you trust to say its "okay" What am i doing? Where am I going, How am I going to get there, and when I am there what is it going to look like and will it be "okay" Now is the time to really sit with yourself and ask yourself some really strong questions, and then allow for the answers to flow. Asking is one thing, the answer and how you may receive it is another. Tip #1 . Sit in a quiet space, clear the space with some nice sounds of light music (non singing) Tip #2 Have a pen and paper close by in case you get the urge to write of need to write down instructions. Tip #3 It helpful to set an intention - you can place intention at the top of the page - example of a question for assistance allowing for the information to come through Tip # 3 Take BIG relaxing Belly breath deep into the belly allow every part of you to start to relaxing, calming the nerves and relaxing the muscles. Tip #4 Ask to align yourself with your highest self - God Self - Source the place in which you came from- and just allow that to take place - you may notice a shift. Tip #5 Ask your question ------ and wait ----- or not it may come right away or it may come in a few minutes just keep breathing do not hold your breath. Tip #6 The paper and pen for those of you that do like to write - ask this - Highest self speak through me pen to paper and tune to flow..... and just allow - I find it easier to hold the pen and start doing circles in left to right motions always keep the hand flowing. Hint you may get stuff right away and start writing or you may just get "words" write those down too. Tip #7 When you feel you have enough and nothing else is coming through- start to exit - by taking a couple more deep breath ask if there is anything else - and then sit for a moment in gratitude - feel all the wonderful things that you are grateful for and blessings you have in this life, and then feel the many more that are still to come. Do Not force what you may see or feel those blessings to be - just allow - you never know that you may just receive something much grander that you can image. Expect the unexpected - because you are blessed. I hope this assists some of the interesting times we are in these days ......... full moon again is a good time to release what no longer works or is working in your life.
